AI Engineer

Project description We are seeking innovative AI Engineers with 2–3 years of experience to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions. The role involves working with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. Build data pipelines and model training workflows. Implement NLP, Generative AI, and predictive analytics solutions. Develop and maintain ML models in production environments. Collaborate with business teams to identify AI opportunities. Monitor model performance and optimize accuracy. Document technical solutions and best practices. SKILLS Must have 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML development. Strong Python programming skills. Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts. Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering. Knowledge of SQL and data analytics. Nice to have Experience with Azure AI Services or Azure Machine Learning. Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Exposure to MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
