Backend Engineer (Logistics Stack)

About the role We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build backend services and logistics integrations for our platforms, including an e-commerce platform for our cold crypto wallets.Responsibilities Tech Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, AWS SNS/SQS Design and build backend services and APIs with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. Build integrations with logistics providers, including shipping, tracking, fulfillment, and webhooks. Use AI-assisted development as part of the engineering workflow, with strong validation through code review and automated tests. Design reliable asynchronous workflows with AWS SNS/SQS, including retries, DLQs, and idempotent processing. Design and optimize PostgreSQL queries, transactions, and data models. Own features end-to-end: from specification and API contracts to implementation, testing, and production. Requirements Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript. Strong NestJS experience. Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations and webhooks. Solid understanding of AWS SNS/SQS and asynchronous systems. Strong PostgreSQL and SQL skills. Experience with spec-driven, AI-assisted development. Strong engineering judgment and ownership. Nice to have Logistics or e-commerce experience. Observability experience.
